Majestic Front Doors Purchase and Installation Agreement

This policy governs all purchases made through Majestic Front Doors, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this agreement.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is completed and payment has been successfully processed, the Customer will receive an Order Confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout. This email serves as the official receipt and includes product details, pricing, payment confirmation, and estimated production
and delivery time. The Customer is responsible for reviewing all order details immediately. Any errors must be reported within 48 hours of order placement. After this period, no modifications can be made due to the commencement of production.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are subject to specific conditions:

  • If production has not started, the order may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours.
  • If production is underway, cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the
  • total order value to cover material and labor costs.
  • If production is completed, the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@majesticfrontdoors.com
Requests made via phone, text, or other informal communication will not be considered valid.

Delivery and Damage Claims

Customers are required to accept delivery even if the packaging appears damaged (which rarely happens). The Customer must take clear photos of the damaged door, crate, and packaging and report the issue to us via email at info@majesticfrontdoors.com within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to follow these steps within the required timeframe will void any claims for replacement or repair.

Delivery Process:

  • Doors are first delivered by air and then transferred to a local FedEx liftgate truck for final delivery.
  • In rare circumstances beyond our control, FedEx drivers may require assistance unloading the door. Customers should be prepared for this possibility at the time of delivery.
  • FedEx will contact the Customer with any updates, requests, or questions directly.
  • If the Customer is unable to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, they must contact FedEx in advance to reschedule. Failure to notify FedEx ahead of time will result in the Customer being fully responsible for any additional charges incurred due to failed delivery or redelivery. Repeated handling and redelivery of the door increase the risk of damage. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by multiple delivery attempts.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or any other personal preference. Each order is made specifically to the Customer’s specifications, and therefore all sales are final. If a customer insists on returning a door for any reason, they must do so entirely at their own expense. This includes all shipping arrangements and associated costs. We do not take any responsibility for return shipments, including handling, transportation, or payment of any kind. If the door is damaged during the return process, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. It is solely the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the door is properly packaged and insured for transit. We strongly advise Customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase, as all sales are final unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is properly reported within the stated timeframe.

Stainless Steel Hardware Care Notice

When used outdoors, stainless steel may be affected by environmental conditions such as moisture, precipitation, dirt, or dust. These elements can cause surface discoloration or stains, which are not rust, but rather the result of deposits reacting with moisture. To clean these stains, we recommend using a stainless-steel cleaning agent such as:

  • Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner – Home Depot
  • Bar Keepers Friend Stainless Steel Cleaner – Walmart

Use a soft cloth and clean along the edges of the door or handle. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain and clean the stainless-steel components regularly. Lack of cleaning or dirt accumulation is not covered under warranty, as these are not manufacturing defects.

Please note, this policy applies to all stainless-steel hardware. If the INOX frame or stainless-steel
hardware becomes severely discolored or rusted over time, a replacement may be possible at the
Customer’s expense.

Limitations of Liability

Majestic Front Doors, Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, transport, or storage after delivery. Additionally, damages caused by acts of nature, including floods, fires, or storms, are not covered under this policy.

Customer Responsibility

An authorized individual 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the product. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping charges. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready for the receipt of the order.

Important Notice Regarding Images on the Website

Please note that all the photos on our website are computer-generated images designed to give you a preview and examples of our doors. While we show samples, the actual product may not match exactly in color, hardware, or design as shown in the images. We are not responsible for any
discrepancies between the computer-generated images and the real-life product. You can request real-life pictures of the doors whenever possible to ensure your satisfaction with your order.

Installation and Liability Disclaimer

Majestic Front Doors, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our doors are delivered to the highest standards. However, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during installation performed by the Customer or third-party installers.

We do not accept any claims, damages, or returns related to improper installation, modifications, or alterations made to the product after delivery. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation of the product, following the specifications and guidelines provided. Any damage caused
by improper installation or modifications will not be covered by Majestic Front Doors, Inc.

Indemnity Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Majestic Front Doors, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from the Customer’s failure to follow the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to improper installation or failure to maintain the product as specified.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
