The CLINTON is engineered for maximum security, energy efficiency, and noise control. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, this door features an interior core of PUR polyurethane foam and wood, with a robust 2.1-inch thick slab that ensures durability and superior thermal insulation.

Equipped with a dual sealing system, one seal is located in the frame’s dap, while another is positioned in the supporting part of the door slab. This configuration minimizes vibrations, reduces heat loss, and ensures the door maintains its structural integrity in varying atmospheric conditions. The frame is fortified with anti-burglar reinforcements at the hinge and locking points, offering enhanced protection against unauthorized access.

Included with the door set are two independent locks utilizing a multi-point locking mechanism for optimal security. The system also includes six adjustable hinges (three on each side), providing added anti-burglary protection. Additionally, three anti-theft bolts and an aluminum threshold with a gasket contribute to the door’s secure sealing and durability.

This model comes in several sizes, ranging from 34.5″ to 44.3″ in width and 82″ in height, with custom sizes available via the Lim or Pivot options. For those seeking extra security, this door features glazed options that include triple-glazed glass, ensuring excellent energy performance and noise reduction.

Thermally, the CLINTON boasts an R-Value of 5.7 for a solid door leaf and R-Value of 5.3 for a glazed door leaf, ensuring superior insulation. Additionally, the door offers 31 dB of acoustic insulation, making it perfect for environments that require quiet and energy-efficient solutions.

The FUSION collection features a hybrid construction with a durable aluminum frame and a stainless steel door panel. The door is insulated with foam and wood and covered in a stainless steel sheet, combining modern aesthetics with robust performance.

Glazing

The glass in our doors features triple-pane windows. All panes are connected with spacer frames. Two of them are covered with Low-E coatings that provide natural light while helping to limit heat gain and thermal energy loss. It is also possible to choose P4 anti-burglary glass or safety glass VSG 33.1.

Wala Hidden Hinges

We use Wala hidden hinges that combine high durability, numerous assembly advantages and a discreet, elegant form. Hinges are invisible when the door is closed. The 3D adjustment function provides a convenient way of adjusting the pressure, height and side adjustment (left/right) of the door. Hinges allow for trouble-free installation and removal of the door leaf/slab. Depending on the door height there are at least 3 hinges per door leaf/slab.

Roller hinges WR WALA

WR WALA are minimalistic, modern looking, high quality roller hinges. They have been tested and are certified by the German IFT ROSENHEIM. Hinges are protected by patent law and can be adjusted: vertically: -5 to 5mm / -0.2″ to 0.2″, gap: -2.5 to 2.5 mm / -0.1″ to 0.1″ , seal pressure: -1.5 to 1.5 mm / -0.05″ to 0.05″ . When it comes to finish they are available in stainless steel or any colour from the RAL palette (hinges will be painted in the same colour as the door). Depending on the door height there are at least 3 hinges per door leaf/slab.
