The ALTAIR is designed for those who prioritize security, energy efficiency, and durability. The door’s construction includes a stainless steel exterior, filled with PUR polyurethane foam and wood, offering excellent thermal insulation with an R-value of 4.8 for solid doors and R-value of 3.8 for glazed doors. The acoustic insulation is also impressive, providing a 31 dB reduction in sound (for doors without glazing).
Equipped with a dual sealing system — one seal in the door frame and another in the supporting part of the door slab — this door helps reduce vibration and heat loss, ensuring a comfortable environment. The ROTO locking system features an independent upper lock and three reinforced anti-theft bolts for superior security. Additionally, the anti-burglar reinforcements in the hinge parts and locking points ensure the door’s robustness against break-ins.
The set includes the door and frame, ROTO locking system, three anti-theft bolts, adjustable hinges, aluminum threshold, and a normal door handle, with a T-bar long handle available as an additional option. The door is already mounted onto the frame (prehung), which eliminates the need for any further assembly, making it easy and quick to install.
