Each door is custom-manufactured once the order is placed through our website. The doors come prehung, already mounted in their frames, which makes installation fast and hassle-free.
Production time depends on the model selected. Made from stainless steel, is ready in approximately 4 weeks.
Standard door sizes including the frame range from 34.5 inches to 43.6 inches in width and 80 inches to 82.3 inches in height.
These doors are built with a stainless steel or aluminum exterior and a solid core made of polyurethane foam and wood. The door leaf has a thickness of 2.2 inches. A double sealing system is used—one seal is located within the frame, and the other is on the door slab itself. This system helps reduce heat loss and vibration and maintains its structure regardless of changing weather conditions. Reinforced elements in the hinge areas and locking points provide additional protection against forced entry.
The complete set includes the prehung door with frame and double gaskets, a ROTO multi-point locking system with an independent upper lock and three anti-burglary bolts, two inserts with matching key sets, a standard door handle (with an optional long T-bar handle), a peephole in the case of solid doors, three adjustable hinges with built-in security, an aluminum threshold with gasket, and three additional anti-theft bolts.
Thermal performance for solid doors reaches an R-value of 4.8, while glazed versions have an R-value of 3.8. Acoustic insulation is rated at 31 dB for non-glazed doors. Glass models include triple-glazed packages for improved insulation and safety.

Glazing
The glass in our doors features triple-pane windows. All panes are connected with spacer frames. Two of them are covered with Low-E coatings that provide natural light while helping to limit heat gain and thermal energy loss. It is also possible to choose P4 anti-burglary glass or safety glass VSG 33.1.

Wala Hidden Hinges
We use Wala hidden hinges that combine high durability, numerous assembly advantages and a discreet, elegant form. Hinges are invisible when the door is closed. The 3D adjustment function provides a convenient way of adjusting the pressure, height and side adjustment (left/right) of the door. Hinges allow for trouble-free installation and removal of the door leaf/slab. Depending on the door height there are at least 3 hinges per door leaf/slab.
Roller hinges WR WALA
WR WALA are minimalistic, modern looking, high quality roller hinges. They have been tested and are certified by the German IFT ROSENHEIM. Hinges are protected by patent law and can be adjusted: vertically: -5 to 5mm / -0.2″ to 0.2″, gap: -2.5 to 2.5 mm / -0.1″ to 0.1″ , seal pressure: -1.5 to 1.5 mm / -0.05″ to 0.05″ . When it comes to finish they are available in stainless steel or any colour from the RAL palette (hinges will be painted in the same colour as the door). Depending on the door height there are at least 3 hinges per door leaf/slab.
